Section 42
If the license is lost, another license can be obtained
(1) If the license obtained by a pathfinder is lost, he shall submit an application for another license to the designated authority within the specified period.
(2) The officer designated as per sub-section (1) may issue another license as prescribed after receiving the prescribed fee.
